Biography

My journey towards my current position began in 2019. At that time, I was working as a receptionist, and a previous attempt at entrepreneurship had faltered due to the constraints of my regular job. Feeling unfulfilled and uncertain about my future, I recognised the need for change.

My father, Kenny Archer, had already established Archer Inspirations for two years, and I understood that he required assistance with day-to-day operations to focus solely on coaching. After discussing my aspirations with him, I was given the opportunity to join his team, but on the condition that I would launch my own business within a few months. This experience exposed me to powerful coaching tools and ignited my passion for the coaching industry.

In October 2019, I successfully opened my own business in the beauty industry. By 2021, it had grown to the point where I could sustain myself full-time, temporarily distancing me from the coaching world. However, I missed the fulfilment it brought. Together with my father, we decided it was time for me to return to coaching, this time as a coach.

I am deeply passionate about helping others reach their full potential. As a business coach, I am able to witness and contribute to the growth and success of my clients. In 2023, I took on the role of co-director at Archer Inspirations while continuing to run my beauty business. I am excited to be part of a company that has the power to positively impact the lives of business owners.

5 Tools for Christian Business Owners

“5 Tools to a Successful Business as a Christian Business Owner” coaching program. This program is designed for one-on-one coaching sessions delivered online, aimed at young Christian business owners aged 21-35 who are either starting their business or have been in business for 2-3 years.

Each session is up to one hour long with the option to purchase individual tools or the entire program. The entire program runs for 5 weeks – one tool per week
