Small businesses, can they really compete?

I look at small businesses all the time and wonder why they have gone into business.

We are operating in an extremely competitive environment at the moment in South Africa. Yet, I see more and more business adapting to the larger companies attitudes towards customer service.

The attitude that I am referring to is, well that’s what you get, if you’re not happy go elsewhere. Wow, in an economy that is really battling you would think that the smaller businesses would walk the extra mile for service.

When you use the services of the bigger guys, for which, you usually will be paying more for, (who don’t allow price negotiating) you know that you will have generally a bad experience of “they don’t care”. So you would think that using a smaller business, they would jump at the opportunity to out shine the bigger guys.

Come on, there are so many post about supporting small business going around, well come on guys and gals lets outshine the bigger guys…….

If you need any guidance and support on how to do this please get in touch with us today and one of our coaches will be in touch to set up a chat.
