The Weekly Chat with Business Coach Kenny, was established at the beginning of lockdown in 2020 to support and guide the self-employed and small business owners amongst Kenny’s clients. As the pandemic grew and the impact on the economy was felt, the group grew through word of mouth and become a weekly opportunity to share concerns and stay positive about adapting or pivoting to survive the new normal.

This was the start of the Business Coaching group that is now known as the “Weekly Chat”

The Fortnight Individual Coaching programme runs every 2 weeks, for Business owners that have been in business 3-5 years and already had the ups and downs of being a business owner. Usually not had any Business coaching before and need the guidance and support of a coach, on an individual level.

The sessions will be held fortnightly for up to 60 minutes on line. We track your performance, goals and actions of the previous 2 weeks, and set new ones for the next 2 weeks.

As the Coaching programs name says, this is an Accountability Coaching program, for the Business owner, the Business, the executives in the business or Individuals that next to be held accountable for what they are doing for the business. Individual Monthly session for up to 90 minutes per month.

Similar to the way a corporate would hold a month Exco meeting. We discuss the previous months performance, results, team, time management and any challenges that they may have faced.

Archer Inspirations’ advanced coaching is exactly what it says, the weekly session are focused on your businesses specific needs. The online coaching is effective, keeps you accountable and current with your needs.

Each week we will review your previous weeks goals and set new goals for you to work on over the next week. We will review challenges that you have faced in the previous week, discuss solutions and set plan in place to assist going forward. We will review the wins from the previous week. We will look at how you are tracking towards your long term and short term goals. Understand any action plan changes that are required.

Each Programme is personalized to suit your Business and where you need to take it. With up to 2 additional extra Hours per month, (on-line or in person) focusing on your team or your managers development. This is ideally for Business owners who are looking to step out of the Business at some point in the near future.
