Alignment Lab is a weekly group coaching programme for business owners who are ready to stop building from pressure, confusion, or old versions of themselves.

This is not another motivation session or generic business workshop. It is a focused coaching space designed to help business owners realign who they are, what they are building, and how they are leading.

Many business owners reach a point where the business they created no longer fully fits the person they have become. Revenue streams may feel heavy. Commitments may no longer make sense. Growth may be happening, but at the cost of energy, clarity, or personal alignment.
