My journey into business coaching did not begin from theory alone. It began through real business ownership, faith, lessons, mistakes, rebuilding, and learning how important it is to have structure, accountability, and God-led strategy in business.
When I first started my beauty business, it was part-time while I was working full-time as a receptionist. Like many business owners, I had a dream in my heart, but I allowed fear, time constraints, and the demands of daily life to keep that dream in the background.
Eventually, I realised that if I wanted my business to grow, I had to take it seriously. With the guidance and accountability of a business coach, I officially re-opened my beauty studio in 2019. Shortly after, COVID happened, and the beauty industry was forced to close. It was during that uncertain season that my passion for helping business owners became even stronger.
While rebuilding my own business, I continued working alongside my father, Kenny Archer, and discovered how much I loved helping other business owners bring order, clarity, and strategy into what they were building.
Today, my heart is to help business owners see that their business is not just about income, services, products, or survival. I believe business can be connected to purpose.
